How Does the Process Work

The process of whitening does not damage the teeth, the main concern is that if you have sensitive teeth then you should avoid whitening as the gel penetrates the tubules in the teeth to breakdown the coloured substances that have built up in the teeth over time. The conversion of those materials to water and carbon dioxide helps then improve the reflective properties of the teeth giving you a much more younger and vibrant look to the teeth

Our spectra shade unit is the only one of its kind in
New Zealand. It will determine the Exact shade of
your tooth before we start whitening so that you will
know exactly the color of your teeth and hence an
expectation of what your colour your teeth could
change too. We will take shading during and after
treatment so you can see for yourself what the end
result is like and compare it with your beginning shade.
